The initial approach in the renovation of this apartment has been centered on preserving the majority of its original architectural characteristics while incorporating a contemporary touch.

The renovation primarily highlights the key original elements. Consequently, the design juxtaposes the textured, centuries-old stone wall and the patterned traditional Catalan hydraulic floor against the all-white smooth walls surrounding the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms.
